Peer review is an important part of scientific publication, and one of the major bases of the scientific process. Peer Review has two critical roles: verify the articles and ensure the reality of researches before being published and improve the quality of works by suggestion the comments and correct inadvertent mistakes.
IEM journal thanks to you for attempts and expertise that you contribute to reviewing. Reviewing a manuscript is an exciting and enjoyable educational experience. However, it is also a time-consuming responsibility. IEM journal appreciates your willingness and tendency to accept the responsibility of reviewing a manuscript. Here is some guideline to help you for reviewing the articles which will be sent to you. We hope that these Guidelines will help make your job easier.
The manuscript should be related to your specialist:
The editor who has approached you may not know about your expertise exactly. Please only accept the invitation for reviewing which are related to your area of expertise and decline the unrelated articles. In the case of decline an article let the editor know about your rejection immediately via IEM journal email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If possible, please suggest a colleague who may be able to review the manuscript. If appropriate, the editor will send an invitation to review to that individual. You may not “transfer” your invitation to review the manuscript to a colleague.
Make sure that you have enough time for reviewing the manuscript on identified deadline.
